David, I don't know anything about Windows USA. The first entry that came up when I googled them was a complaints board page that had a pretty extensive complaint session by consumers who seemed to indicate that the company uses some less than impressive sales techniques. There were also some quite favorable reviews mixed in there as well.
There are several comments from ex-salespeople that I thought were pretty interesting. I think if you spend 20 minutes reading the comments, you will have a pretty good idea of what many of their past customers or potential customers think of them.
