Thebco is not a manufacturer of windows or doors (like a ProVia or a Pella). Instead, the do the installation portion only. Thebco is an authorized Sunrise Windows dealer and they sell the whole fleet of this brand, including the V4500 (standard Sunrise window), V4550 (Sunrise Vanguard) and the V5550 (Sunrise Restoration).

Tom, I am looking at bids from Marvin on either the Essentials or at the V5500 Restorations from MI - previously Sunrise according to the Thebco dealer. So, which is the better option in your opinion? By the way, the bids are very close in price to one another, which surprised me. According to your site, the Marvin bid should have been quite a bit more.

Eric, both of these windows are excellent options. Interestingly, I think most people would say that the Marvin is the better option. But, for me, if I were making the choice for my own home, I would go with the Sunrise Restorations window. I really like this unit - narrow, strong, well made. As far as I am concerned, the Restorations is a winner all around.
