Windows USA has two factories (one in Texas and another in Arkansas) and they sell their vinyl windows and doors in most of the surrounding states using local window dealers. (I believe they are available in over 20 U.S. states at this time and looking to expand to more).
Windows USA sells a somewhat budget vinyl windows and door that are often sold at a relatively low price point. The series they sell is called the Alaskan Window System. There isn't all that much information out there on it. I would say that Windows USA is worth a bid, but you would be well advised to gather up a few more to compare quality and price.

David, I don't know anything more about Windows USA than what is on our windows usa reviews page. The first entry that came up when I googled them was a complaints board page that had a pretty extensive complaint session by consumers who seemed to indicate that the company uses some less than impressive sales techniques. There were also some quite favorable reviews mixed in there as well.
There are several comments from ex-salespeople that I thought were pretty interesting. I think if you spend 20 minutes reading the comments, you will have a pretty good idea of what many of their past customers or potential customers think of them. Windows USA complaints.
