Marvin Windows Cost - Integrity
The Integrity is their slightly lower end fiberglass frame that comes as either a full Ultrex or an exterior Ultrex with a real wood interior. There are far fewer options available in the Intgrity, both in terms of sizing, colors, hardware etc. While it is a nice looking window, most industry insiders feel it's not as nice as the Infinity (and has less of the bells and whistles of the Infinity).
The Integrity should come standard with a Cardinal glass package (20 year warranty on glass), has a lifetime warranty on the frame and 10 years on defects. Editor's Advice:
Neil, Marvin makes a very good fiberglass window, but it's going to be more expensive than most of the other options (Renewal being the obvious exception).
The Zen Nirvana or Lotus would be next in line and represent a very solid vinyl window option with strong performance and value.
You also have quotes from companies that focus on wood-clad windows. Personally, I'd be cautious about wood windows for a number of reasons, especially when there are quality fiberglass and vinyl alternatives available. Happy to discuss further if you'd like.

Marvin Infinity Windows Cost
The Marvin Infinity window has an Ultrex fiberglass frame that comes as either a full Ultrex or as an exterior Ultrex with an Everwood interior (this is a wood veneer that looks very similar to wood, without any of the maintenance). The Infinity is a replacement window, although it is probably available as a full frame replacement given some customization.
The Infinity is more expensive than the Integrity and has a thicker frame, some better "bells and whistles", a better finish to the frame and a better warranty (lifetime on everything except the glass, which is 20 years). The performance numbers on the Infinity are quite good (but not great); U-factor of 0.30. Truthfully, the Infinity is the better window and if you can afford it and don't have to have wood, this is a top-of-the-line window. Compare to Serious 500 Series.

Marvin Infinity Windows Cost vs Grandview
My name is Steve and I am getting a bid on 14 Window Nation triple pane pocket windows with full screens and tempered glass in about half. The cost is $910 installed per window for their high end Imperial LS windows. They also pitched me the Vytex Grandview window, which was $770 per window. I did also get a quote from Marvin windows, but they were $1500 per for their Infinity fiberglass.

Steve, the bids sound a bit high to me, although tempered glass typically adds about $100 to the cost of each window, but you indicated it was only half that needed this glass. Also, Window Nation carries good brands like the Soft-Lite Imperial LS and Vytex Grandview, but they aren't usually the cheapest out there.
I would try to get an actual Soft-Lite windows dealer out there and see what they would charge for the Soft-Lite Classic or Pro model. Again, I like both the bids you have, but not the price tag. I think you need a couple more bids to round out your offerings. The Marvin Infinity is a good window, but it's not $1500 installed in my opinion.

Marvin Elevate Collection Cost
The Marvin Elevate came out in 2019 and is kind of like a reboot of the Integrity Ultrex window with the wood interior. Specifically, the Elevate has a fiberglass exterior, while the inside is made of real pine wood. The desired goal of the Elevate Collection was the look (and smell) of real wood on the inside, while getting the strength and durability of fiberglass cladding on the outside. Lastly, the Marvin Elevate comes as either a new construction or as a retrofit option.
