Explore 2024 Viwinco windows prices from consumers and homeowner price quotes on their Cambridge, Edgemont, and OceanView impact window. The company and their products are generally also consided a mid range vinyl manufacturer on par with MI Windows Prices, Vinylmax and Silverline Windows Cost. Viwinco Windows Prices | Edgemont Series
The Edgemont Series is their entry level window that uses a sub 3 inch vinyl frame. It has mediocre performance numbers in the double hung, U-factor of 0.30, DP35, SGHC 0.26 and air infiltration of 0.09. The window comes standard with a Solarban 60 low-e glass and comes standard with a tilt lock mechanism, the stainless steel intercept spacer, fusion corner welds. It carries a pretty standard but not overly impressive warranty on the window.

It is a low end wood window that might work for some homeowners - there are contractors who feel the wood looks like it was simply glued onto the vinyl frame. It has a fairly bulky frame for a wood frame. It is fairly inexpensive for a wood clad window so our advice would be to see the product in person and hopefully in a home before purchasing.

John, I have a contractor giving me a price for a Viwinco window plus install for $900 a piece. My wife likes the look of Andersen 100 series and has quotes but the contractor doesn't want to install them for some reason and is wanting us to go with this Viwinco? Should I run? Thanks.

Chris, Viwinco isn't a bad window, but it isn't a good one either. Paying $900 for a Viwinco anything seems steep to me. I would prefer the Andersen 100 over anything Viwinco makes. Viwinco Windows Prices | OceanView Series
The OceanView is the Hurricane or storm window from Viwinco. The company used to produce these windows for CertainTeed before their window lines were acquire by MI windows. Viwinco still makes the window, which is similar to the old Bryn Mawr Series and has a 34 STC rating with the laminated glass package. We weren't able to find a ton of information on this window.
